M… The idea of this article is great — no doubts. Startups should try to save money, not to through them away. But I am strongly disagree that you can't avoid renting the office by using a co-working space. In most cases co-workings are more expensive for small teams. Yes, there you get a lot of things for free (coffee, tea, printers, meeting rooms,...) but we are talking about small startups here. It's much cheaper to rent a small office (if you need it at all) or cooperate remotely.

But yes, of course this option doesn't work for every company and it really depends on a specific case.
