Чтобы установить Sentry On-Premise на ваши сервер можно пойти 2 путями

1) Собрать rpm и установить их — https://habr.com/ru/post/500632/

2) Воспользоваться официальным установщиком

установить на сервер docker и docker-compose

./install.sh
