If anyone is trying to get their HCI_log btsnoop on android 9: It seems it can't be accessed without root anymore unless you do a full bug report, which takes ages.

Also, interestingly enough, dell seems to have a driver avaiilable for Apt-X Low Latency for their laptops with intel wifi/bluetooth, which seems interesting.
Do you have a link for aptX Low Latency driver or the laptop model where it's present?
forum.notebookreview.com/threads/intel-aptx-driver-download.794032 There's a link over to dell's page here.

There's also a reddit post of this thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/hardware/comments/c237bw/audio_over_bluetooth_most_detailed_information/erhpikj) and multiple commenters across various forums that do seem to think that AptX-LL is indeed being achieved with this driver.

It might be the case that this is just simple old AptX. Either way, i'm going to procure a 9260/AX200 and give those drivers a shot.
Wow, thanks for the info, it indeed seems like aptX LL support in the driver. I'll update the article.
The article has been updated. Changes:
1. Changed aptX Low Latency information. Turned out it's a stock aptX but with some special configuration. Windows Low Latency driver info added. (thanks Ace333)
2. Added information about avinfo utility and Bluetooth Tweaker Windows software.
